Solid silver box adorned on its lid with a watercolor under glass by Gérald Laffite, representing elegant ladies on a racetrack. Case very nicely chiselled and adorned on its opening grip with a sapphire. Vermeil interior with some scratches to report (see photos). The watercolor is protected by a beveled glass. Hallmark Minerva. Risler et Carré, Parisian goldsmith active between 1897 and 1912. Box in very good condition. Gross weight 292gr.
