"Half-moon Console, Louis XVI Period"
Louis XVI console in the shape of a half-moon in painted wood, the openwork belt decorated with rosettes, frieze of spindle whorls, flower garlands and knots. It rests on two turned legs decorated with fluted asparagus and acanthus leaves, they are joined by a spacer surmounted by a covered vase decorated with foliage garlands. The veined white marble top is molded with a fillet. (Two small old restorations on the rear corners of the marble) Louis XVI Period Small restoration on a garland of flowers on the right side.
