Fully hand-knotted, pure wool, vegetable dyes, size 385x295 These rugs are knotted in the city of Kashmar in northeastern Iran, known for its excellent quality rugs, sturdy, double knots, double weft . These rugs are renowned for their unique and quite rare nowadays zirhaki pattern with inscriptions from the poetry of Omar Kayam. They usually only come in larger sizes.
