"Little Girl With The Hoop Signed Augustin Zwiller"
The artist, Augustin Zwiller, showed research for the composition of this portrait, by the presence of the hoop which, in addition to its playful aspect, gives structure to the painting. The raspberry red dress creates a pleasant contrast with the darker tones of the background, The work, annotated Jane in the upper right corner, is on its original canvas mounted on a key frame, cleaned and restored with two small reinforcements on the back, beautiful wooden frame and gilded stucco.
