"Gien Earthenware Cider Pitcher, Purple Peonies Decor, XIXth Century"
Very pretty pot-bellied earthenware jug from the Gien factory, with a lovely hand-painted mauve peony decor. Good used condition (note a very small chip inside the foot of the pitcher, invisible from the outside). Stamp of the factory dating from 1875.
