Pair of reversible cassolette candlesticks in Carrara marble and gilded bronze with mercury.. Round marble base adorned with chiseled bronze foliage garlands, base with a row of pearls, was in marble in the shape of a vase decorated with lion's muzzles joined by garlands . Reversible lids sometimes forming openwork perfume burners like a kiosk or candlesticks. The bronzes are finely chiseled and gilded with gold leaf, the marbles show no scratches! The gilding is in perfect condition.
