"Napoleon III Writing Desk"
Rare writing desk with Asian decoration, in Chinese lacquer, from the Napoleon III period. This travel box, or at least portable, thanks to its two small side handles, has a drawer on one side and opens to give access to the inclined plane covered with a felt (recently replaced). Inside, two lockers allow documents to be stored under the shelves. Other small spaces were reserved for inkwells (absent) and penholders. Other photos on request. We note a certain wear of the decoration on the top and some small accidents.
