A fine quality English early 19th century, Georgian period walnut and inlay partners pedestal desk of beautiful shaped form, the black colored gilt tooled leather shaped top above 3 frieze drawers supported by 2 pedestals each with 3 graduated drawers, all supported on shaped bracket feet. The reverse is configured with two cupboards. This piece has a lovely rich nutty walnut and inlay brown colour. The oak lined drawers are fitted with brass plate handles. The desk breaks down into 3 sections for easy moving. Exceptional quality with a lovely warm original patina.
