Rare fragment of petit point embroidery from the end of the 16th to the beginning of the 17th representing a group of 3 men, travellers, probably in Spanish military clothes, welcomed by 3 women, richly dressed musicians. In the background, a city surrounded by water, a woman leads a man, holding him by the hand, towards a grove. In the foreground a rich heterogeneous bestiary composed of a lion, a panther, a snail, butterflies, a parrot and a ladybird. The embroidery is mounted on canvas, tear on 2 to 3 cm.
