"Timbale En Argent France XVIII Siecle "
Timpani on circular pedestal in chased silver decorated with a frieze of pearls on the foot. The body is tulip-shaped, divided at mid-height by a double net, the lower part is embellished with a large frieze of shells and scrolls on a matte background. The collar is slightly flared, molded with nets. French work from the 18th century. Louis XV style
Old regime hallmarks, letter probably dates from Dijon around 1784 **
Hallmark of large charge of Paris: to be determined
A relief punch part is present on the edge of the base.
Traces of the hallmark of Master Goldsmith.
