"Kawarigata Shaped Iron Tsuba Decorated With The Legend Of Shiba Onko"
Iron kawarigata tsuba decorated in takazogan of two children at the bottom of a huge pot. This is the legend of Shiba Onko breaking a large vase full of water to save his friend from drowning. Here the tsuba in the shape of the vase and we see one of the children coming out of the pot at the bottom right after his friend has broken it. It is signed Sohei shi Nyudō Soten
