Beautiful box of 15 instruments including 3 spring compasses (dry point, pencil point, ink point), with finely grooved handles. 2 line-pullers with ivory handles, with finely knurled screws. A compass with dry point, two baluster compasses with ink point. A large compass with interchangeable breaks, 3 breaks, a mechanical storage box, an ebony and brass parallel ruler, a 6-inch ivory proportional compass, signed John Tickell on one side and W. C. Cox, Devonport, on the other side.
