The Stag attacked by three dogs is also called "Halali", it is mentioned in the catalog of all the bronze models edited and unedited by M. Fratin, at n° 96 (“Halali three dogs”) (Paris, 1850). In the catalog of the 1859 sale, a "Halali of deer" appears at No. 10. Several versions are known and are distinguished mainly by the attitude of the stag facing the dogs.
