"Boutet Sterling Silver Wedding Cup (son & Cie) 19th"
Wedding cup in solid silver (162g). It includes two small handles in volutes and a pedestal decorated with a frieze of gadroons. Old man's hallmark 2nd title of Province (1819-1838) and hallmark of the silversmith Boutet (fils & cie) showing a star, a point above, a point below. One of the handles is detached in its lower part of the cup. A small soldering would be expected. A small indentation on the belly. Beautiful piece of goldsmithing.19th century
