Very beautiful and delicate porcelain plate with openwork edge, decorated with flower motifs at the bottom, repeated on the border, with gold foliage. Manufacture of Potschappel (Saxe) of Carl Thieme end of 19th century, perfect condition
Mark  in blue on the bottom.
