La corrida by Ricardo MARÍN Y LLOVET Spanish school oil on panel (cardboard) signed lower right format with the frame 64cm x 54cm. He studied law in Barcelona, but devoted himself to painting and drawing. As an illustrator he has collaborated with numerous magazines and newspapers such as "El gato negro", "Hispania", "Madrid Cómico", "Blanco y negro", "La esfera", "La ilustración hispano-americana" . He participated in the General Exhibition of Fine Arts in 1908, the National Exhibition in 1912 and the VIII Salón de Humoristas in 1921. Before that, in 1912, he had founded El Gran Bufón, of which he would also be director.
