Imposing 18th century copper ember stove. Bowl and ash tray with rope hemmed edge. Openwork background of many hearts, clovers, stars and commas. Four high riveted fixing feet, curved petal tops. Turned natural wood handle, note a fine filled slit and a slight play in the grip. Thick and quality copper, the object is cleaned, slightly oxidized, but can be refined.
