Rare and large armchair à la reine, Louis XV, 18th century, stamped by the master cabinetmaker Louis Cresson (1706-1761) In walnut, molded and carved, Upholstered with green velvet, Stamp on the lower crosspiece at the front. Caption: Louis Cresson (1706 - 1761) - Siege carpenter - Master on January 28, 1738. Louis Cresson was part of a very reputable family of cabinetmakers.
