Lovely pair of oil lamps from the Napoleon III period, in fluted porcelain on a turquoise blue background and gilded highlights (usual wear), gilt bronze mount. Richly decorated with beautiful portraits of elegant painted in relief oval cartridges, and bouquets of roses, tulips and wildflowers. Formerly electrified, one socket missing, the two frosted glass barrels with two shards at the base. Very beautiful models of grand décor in the spirit of Madeleine Castaing.
