Bronze group representing the adolescent god Pan having fun during the meal of two cubs. Numbered old edition statue of the foundry publisher Charles More (circa 1900) Frémiet signature on the base. Good general condition, original nuanced patina, some slight wear and tear from use and old oxidations. Emmanuel Frémiet (1824/1910) is the creator of the original work of 1864, a marble copy purchased by the State in 1867 is exhibited at the Musée d'Orsay.
