In silver-plated copper, octagonal in shape, upper part forming a wide flat bail. Obverse representing freedom with the inscription “FEDERATION MARTIAL TENUE A LYON LE 30 MAY 1790”. Reverse decorated in its center with a bundle of lictors wearing a Phrygian cap with caduceus and olive branch "PATRIOTISM AND FREEDOM HAVE REUNITED US". 41mm x 36mm. Important silvering wear. Old ribbon.
