After a model by Claude Galle (1759 - 1815)
Circa early 20th century, Empire style
Double patina Faces of Diane Chasseresse on applique, arrows, hunting horns, muzzles of lions and palmettes
Pierced for electrification, very good general condition

A similar model was delivered for the dining room of the Grand Trianon in Versailles in 1809, as well as for the large reception room of the Secretariat of State of France in Fontainebleau in 1806
