Monkey-like wooden mask, characteristic of the Monpa triba in Arunashal Pradesh: its face has round eyes, small open and pierced ears and exposed teeth.
It is entirely engraved with wrinkles encrusted with white pigments. A few flat areas of aluminum remain on the teeth and eyebrows.
A red stamp is affixed to the back of the mask.
