Beautiful pair of earthenware plates with decoration painted in blue shades of high fire. The central decoration is composed of a so-called "Solanée" flower. On the wing pretty frieze of rosettes and leaves. Slight égrenures on one. No cracks. Very good general condition. Manufacture of Moustiers. Mid-eighteenth century period.
