"Amours au dauphin" terracotta fountain.

Sculpted in the rond de bosse style, this terracotta fountain features 2 loves and a stylized dolphin, supported by a simulated rock base.
The two curly-haired putti master an antique-style dolphin. Water can gush from the open mouth of the cetacean.
Richly ornamented and with a magnificent patina, this terracotta scultpure reflects the sculptural vocabulary of the 18th century.

The terracotta is 92 cm high.
The base is a round walnut column, 86 cm high.
