Beautiful transition chest of drawers in mahogany opening with 3 drawers in front without crosspiece. (a smaller drawer at the top and 2 of the same size below) A lamp base at the bottom of the last drawer is decorated with a gilded bronze decorated with a soup tureen surrounded by acanthus leaves. The 4 curved legs are trimmed with complete hooves and set in gilded and chiseled bronze and charged over their entire height with a falling bronze trim. The top of the cut sides have gilded bronzes in garlands. The middle of the side panel is 3 grooves. The top drawer and the 2 sides are decorated with openwork friezes in gilded bronze.
