"Small 18th Century Master Commode"
Rare chest of drawers with a curved front in wood veneer: walnut, burr walnut, elm burl and pear fillets. It opens with three drawers with curved fronts molded with a corbin spout around the edges. The sides are slightly concave, they are decorated with winding scrolls. It rests on four small ball feet. The top molded with a Corbin beak is centered with an elm burl reserve. Iron case locks, cut and engraved brass escutcheons. the frame of the chest of drawers and the drawers are made of fir. Very good state of conservation Work from the Rhine valley from the second half of the 18th century.
