Object description :

"Pair Of Small Living Room Furniture, Louis XV Style - Early Twentieth"
Beautiful pair of small pieces of furniture in rosewood and amaranth marquetry, curved on the front and on the sides, reminiscent of the typical tomb shape of Louis XV furniture. These pieces of furniture are exceptionally topped with a rosewood veneer top in butterfly wings, surrounded by amaranth scrolls. The front has a drawer in the upper part with rosewood in butterfly wings surrounded by an inlaid amaranth ribbon. Below, two small doors curved in both directions have a veneer identical to the drawer, with scalloping, ribbon of scrolls and rosewood veneer. Its doors open with two small embossed brass hinges and lens buttons. On each side of the furniture, curved legs with bronze falls at the top end in a falling hoof. Resulting from quality manufacturing, these two small pieces of living room furniture will bring refinement to the room of your choice. ******** Period: Early 20th century Excellent condition.
