Jean-Pierre Baldini is a contemporary sculptor born in 1949 in Cannes.
e studied at the School of Fine Arts in Nîmes with the Spanish sculptor Almela.
He first launched into wood carving. Then in 1984, he worked exclusively in bronze, his favorite material. His works are exhibited for the first time at the town hall of Arles. From 1986, his works began to arouse the interest of art galleries and museums in France. In 2015, he finished a book called Trace which contains photographs of his sculptures and engravings.
