"Bronze Moses After Michelangelo"
Statue representing Moses holding the Tables of the Law, after the sculpture by Michelangelo executed around 1513–1515 and integrated into the Tomb of Julius II in the Basilica of Saint Peter at the Links in Rome. This bronze is attributed to Ferdinand Barbedienne but it bears no mention or stamp. This bronze statue measures 60 cm in height and has been enthroned on a large fireplace for generations (photo on request)
