"The Banks Of The Yonne By René His (1877-1960)"
Oil on canvas depicting the banks of the Yonne river by the famous French painter René HIS (1857 - 1960) specialist of landscapes who had a great success during his career winning lots of prizes and even a gold medal during the Universal Exhibition of 1900 in Paris. In his landscapes we often find lakes or river banks with remarkably well-treated vegetation with nice colors and reflections . Original Canvas and frame in perfect condition. The canvas  has no restoration and measures 55cm wide by 46cm high. With the frame the painting measures 70cm wide by 61cm high The canvas is signed lower left and on the back of the frame it is written  "path on the bank of the Yonne"
