Rare very large sandstone gourd decorated with green glaze, used by day laborers in the 19th and early 20th centuries, for the fresh preservation of drinks that were gladly plunged into ponds, hence its name of toad! Perfect condition of the gourd, use and crack on the leather belt. Height: 26 cm, diameter 26 cm, thickness: 16 cm.
