Philippe Chesneau is a French artist born in 1951. He is a painter, sculptor and engraver. He comes from a family of artists, his father being a painter and his mother a dressmaker for the theatre. He began drawing very young and took classes at the Beaux-Arts in Paris.
Philippe Chesneau is a versatile artist who explores different artistic worlds such as painting, sculpture, engraving and ceramics. His work is rich and varied, ranging from the abstract to the figurative. Philippe Chesneau enjoys experimenting with different techniques and playing with colors and shapes.
He has exhibited his works in many galleries and museums in France and abroad. His talent is clear, and his creativity and inventiveness never cease to surprise and move art lovers.
