Important and original vase in iridescent red ceramic attributed to the Massier house, dating from the end of the 19th century around 1895. Maison Massier both by the techniques used, including enamelled earthenware, which will make the reputation of the Maison Massier. The Maassiers (Jérôme, Clément, Delphin, Cédric) are a dynasty of ceramists which goes back beyond the French Revolution and which played a key role in the renaissance of ceramics in Vallauris.
