Ceramic Bottle Vase

We present this bottle vase with a narrowed neck by the ceramist Jean PAULET born in 1931 and died in 2012, born and died in the city of Montpellier. He is one of the first contemporary ceramists to rework the ancient technique of polished clay. He rubbed shoulders with Jean MAYDOYON, former director of the Sèvres factory in 1962. Alongside his activity as a craftsman, he teaches in particular as a teacher of manual work at the college of Besançon where he introduced generations of students to the work of the 'clay. Our ceramic presented is a real pleasure to look at and especially to caress. This polished ceramic is decorated with poetry. (E23) Ref. ..............YA218
