Exceptional fireplace front composed of two andirons in gilded and chiseled bronze decorated with sphinxes and cassolettes resting on four tapered and fluted legs and a fireplace bar with balustraded columns. This fireplace front is adjustable, very beautiful matte and gilded gilding with beautiful thickness of gilding, around 1850-80, in very good condition.
