Pair of salt cellars in the shape of a bucket vase, blown crystal and painted with landscapes in grisaille representing landscapes at the river ´ on one figure a fisherman in his boat. The edges are decorated with gold fillet. The brothers Auguste and Antonin Daum created the Compagnie française du cristal in 1878 in Nancy, Lorraine. Around 1890 the family business perfected itself in acid decoration and wheel engraving. Saleron H: 3.5 cm unsigned Very good condition some wear to the gilding on the reverse
