Lovely lady's secretary from the Napoleon III period in original black lacquered wood, bronze and Boulle-style brass marquetry. This piece of furniture opens with a flap revealing a rosewood theater with storage and drawers. Writing part covered with red leather gilded with iron; 5 front drawers complete the storage. The black lacquer is in good shiny condition, the brass net marquetry is of high quality, very decorative. On the uprights, falls in gilded bronze. White marble covers this piece of furniture. Good condition, the back left corner of the marble has a crack, the leather of the flap has some blistering and the lock of the last bottom drawer does not work but it can be opened with the key, very slight appearances of green of gray on the lower bronzes. Napoleon III period around 1860. Delivery flat on pallet by carrier, 250 euros in France, 600 euros in the EU and 1500 euros rest of the world.
