"- Engraving Signed / Dated & Justified 1962 - Aquatint Artist's Proof -"
- Superb condition for "the plate" which is justified "Artists Proof" - leading edition therefore, all the shine of freshness is there - - the margins, as for them, are slightly soiled, bear certain traces of handling and one can see, around the plate itself, very vague traces caused by the previous frame, the part which suffered the light of day - - still on the state side, we see a lack of paper on the upper right and the bottom margin which does not ' is not cut really straight, then a leftover sticker from the frame on the back - - justified on the left under the board, titled "Four Bishops" in the middle and signed ........... on the right of the plate, for the moment we have not been able to identify it ..... - despite the defects noted above, this piece remains a good proof thanks to the freshness of the engraved part
