Small rectangular earthenware planter on a pedestal, with polychrome decoration of Chinese seated on an entablature and a flower bed holding a tray containing a pyramid of fruit or pastries all in a recess of rocaille motifs in relief. the sides located at the extremities are decorated with a head of cherubs also framed with rocaille motifs in relief and topped with two twisted handles. the base is supported by four small square feet.
