"Saint-trophime Cathedral"
The painting (oil on canvas), produced in 1962, represents a view of Saint-Trophime, the cathedral of Arles. Yves Delange arrived in Montpellier in 1954, as deputy director of the Montpellier botanical garden, he left in 1971 for a position at the National Museum of Natural History in Paris. Trained as a botanist engineer, he is curious about the arts, he is the author of several books, friend of the painter Constant Idoux, he also took up painting marveled by the light of the region.
