"Bretin Harbor View"
Sailing boat docks loaded with goods, a woman in the foreground getting ready to wash clothes. This engraver, active in Paris in the second half of the 18th century, engraved landscapes, particularly from Italy. The engraving is signed in the plate at the bottom left and dated 1778. It is mounted on its original cardboard with the label of the framers and merchants of the 18th century, Toulouse and Nicolas installed in the cloister of Saint Germain l'Auxerrois. It is framed in a modern gold baguette.
