Extremely rare, ration pot with its closing device. The number corresponds to the number assigned to each worker in the spinning mill... Period mid-19th century around (1850). Only one is listed to date, it is in the private pottery collection of the "Children of Boisset" in Anduze, place of manufacture at the time. The history of these pots as well as the description can be found in the book entitled "THE VASE OF ANDUZE) written by Mr Laurent Tavès, specialist and expert in Anduze pottery. They are in perfect condition, no cracks, no collages, no repairs... Read the ad carefully...!, the price of the set is 2250 euros, I can also sell them individually... They are real museum pieces.
