"Christ In Bone In A Regency Glazing Bead Frame In Golden Wood"
Christ en Bone presented in a gilt wooden frame with glazing beads. Christ on his gilded wooden cross is presented with his arms upwards, a sign of greater antiquity than the frame which is 18th century. The Regency period frame is ornate and decorated with sculpted and gilded flowers and foliage throughout and includes mirrors said to be period closed around the perimeter. Quality set in good condition and conservation, accident in the upper part.
