"Pretty And Rare Pare Pair Of "bamboo" Vases In Cut Crystal, 1880, Era Daum Galle E"
Pretty and interesting pair of so-called "Bamboo" vases in cut crystal and cloisonné enamels. Really a pretty model with this floral decoration entirely taken up with a grinding wheel on the crystal, tubular shape with the rings, representing a bamboo stem. The glassware is set in a bronze base with cloisonné enamels with very orientalist decoration. The vases rest on volute feet. Production and style very representative of the years 1880-1890, notably distributed at the store "l'Escalier de Cristal" in Paris. Very good condition, slight difference in size (15.8 cm and 16.3 cm), no breakage. Very small presence of limestone (without prejudice). Old pieces of very good quality, beautiful shape and combination of materials.
