"Pair Of Neuburger-lemonon Lamps - Late Nineteenth"
Pair of bottle lamps stamped "Neurburger-Lemonon rue Vivienne in Paris" under the bottom and their cassolettes, in Sèvres porcelain and gilded bronze, dating from the end of the 19th century. They have very fine decorations of floral compositions in cartouches on a blue background with golden motifs. Formerly kerosene lamps, they are now electrified. Their bronze spouts with acanthus leaves, garlands and scrolls are delicately chiselled. These lights rest on tripod cassolettes, with concave shafts, ornate with leaves, medallions and pearls. This set of lamps and cassolettes will stand out for its charisma and the delicacy of its ornaments. ******** Period: Late 19th century Excellent condition. Revised and operational electricity.
