-Seated Virgin in terracotta, Italian work from the 16th century

-The Virgin is seated from the front. She is wearing a short double veil which lets them glimpse the undulations of her hair and frames the face. She is dressed in a long dress tight at the waist and covered with a large coat, open on the bust and whose sides, gathered on the knees, fall in cascades of folds. With her left hand, she held the Child Jesus who has now disappeared. The modeling of the face is worked with care and finesse, a calm and serene attitude emerges.

-16th century Italian work in terracotta. Partially lacunar, traces of burns on the bust and knees of the Virgin.
