"Pair Of Mahogany Corner Cupboards, With Mirror Background And Marble Top. Late 18th Century Period"
Rare and beautiful pair of blond mahogany corner cupboards. They have open fronts with a background of old mirrors and a tray at the base. The top and bottom are formed by wide crossings and coming to cover the uprights. These are straight, wide-sectioned and lined with 1/2 molded and gilded bronze discs facing each other. The feet are jumping. The top is in Sainte Anne gray marble. A wooden floor, under the marble, bears an inscription perhaps from a furniture guard. Very good state. Usual restorations.
