"Showcase Bookcase 3 Walnut Doors"
Beautiful proportions for this showcase bookcase with 3 doors, with a perfect design. The central door is wider than the side doors, the latter are covered with small woods which subdivide the volume of the glazing into small rectangles. The Louis XVI style is asserted by the uprights with fluted pilasters, topped with small Doric capitals, the wooden panels of the doors are flat strips with in each corner, a spandrel carved with a rosette. The high quality of cabinetmaking applied to the realization of this piece of furniture continues inside, the oak bottoms are paneled with molded frames, the shelves are also molded on the front edge. All the shelves are adjustable in height thanks to a system of racks and wooden cleats. The piece of furniture is removable and in very good condition, manufacture from the end of the 19th century or the beginning of the 20th century.
