Superb and elegant late 19th century bronze vestibule lantern. In the shape of an ogive, it is ornamented at its base with a pine cone surmounted by acanthus leaves. The globe is composed of 4 glasses held by garlands of pearls and wreaths of leaves, one of the panes forms a door which opens to access the interior. The top is made up of bronze branches with gratings and acanthus leaves at the top. quality work in excellent working order, beautiful carving work.
